RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

All sales are final.

 

We check all orders during the packing stage to make sure that all orders are correct and as described.  We accept returns for exchange only for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped and returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless reimbursed in a claim against the original shipper for the  damaged item.

To be eligible for an exchange you must first email us within three days (3) of receiving the artwork at timotca@timotca.org to alert us of the damage. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly. 

 

We will ship out a replacement within 10 days of receipt of damaged item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TIMOTCA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered at the address entered for an order.
