Pierre Argo was born in 1941 in Vacoas and now resides in France. He studied at the Port-Louis School of Art and began exhibiting in 1967. Argo has shown in Mauritius, Réunion, Echternach Luxemburg, Nairobi, New Delhi, Monaco, New York, Portugal and Paris, where, among his many achievements, he received the Grand Prize of the International Society of Fine Arts.
